As residents work in the Village Enterprises, they’ll be able to develop marketable skills, improve their circumstances, increase their income, and become more self-reliant and confident.
Residents aren’t required to work in any of the Village Enterprises or work for third-party companies, but these establishments are a valuable opportunity for them to continue their positive trajectory towards a whole-person change. Residents are always paid fair wages for their work, and jobs are available for all skill levels, interests, and abilities.
